How do I make an appointment?
Referrals will initially need to be submitted via our online form for Private, NDIS, My Aged Care, Lifetime Care and Workers Compensation clients. Once we have the capacity to engage, One of the friendly Compass team will then reach out to arrange an initial consultation
Who can make a referral?
For NDIS, Private, Lifetime Care, Workers Compensation and My Aged Care, referrals can be made by the participant, family member, health professional or support coordinator/case manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Appointments are available on:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
What area do you service?
The city of Tamworth NSW and any home, care facility or workplace within a 15km radius from the CBD including but not limited to North, South, East and West Tamworth, Calala, Oxley Vale, Taminda, Westdale, Kingswood, Hillvue and Moore Creek.
Our therapists also do outreach days to Narrabri, Quirindi, Gunnedah, Manilla, Barraba, Armidale and Nundle. (Please note, not all disciplines travel to these locations)

Will my private health insurance cover my appointment?
This is dependent on your level of cover and extras. Contact your health insurer for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please call (02) 6702 9969 or respond to the automated reminder messages to cancel/reschedule any appointments you may have.
We require clear 48 business hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
We are rarely able to fill these gaps with clients on our waiting list, as we often don't have the ongoing capacity to service the clients ongoing needs. Therefore, in order to provided a sustainable service full fees may be charged for any preceding cancellations that do not provide adequate notice.
How long is your waiting list?
We work of a triage system with our waiting list - so we would need to receive a referral before being able to answer this question accurately.
There are times where we have immediate capacity to pick up new clients so we encourage that you give us a call or send through an enquiry if you wanting the most recent information.
