How do I make an appointment?

Private clients can contact us to book an appointment on 02 6702 9969. Referrals will need to be submitted via our online form for NDIS, My Aged Care, Lifetime Care and Workers Compensation participants prior to contact being made by Compass admin.

Who can make a referral?

For NDIS, Lifetime Care, Workers Compensation and My Aged Care, referrals can be made by the participant, family member, health professional or support coordinator/case manager.

What are your hours of operation?

Appointments are available on:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

What area do you service?

The city of Tamworth NSW and any home, care facility or workplace within a 15km radius from the CBD including but not limited to North, South, East and West Tamworth, Calala, Oxley Vale, Taminda, Westdale, Kingswood, Hillvue and Moore Creek.

Our therapists also do outreach days to Narrabri, Quirindi, Gunnedah, Manilla, Barraba and Nundle. (Please note, not all disciplines travel to these locations)

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call (02) 6702 9969 or respond to the automated reminder messages to cancel/reschedule any appointments you may have. 

We require up to seven days notice to avoid cancellation fees.

We are rarely able to fill these gaps with clients on our waiting list, as we often don't have the ongoing capacity to service the clients ongoing needs. Therefore, in order to provided a sustainable service full fees may be charged for any preceding cancellations that do not provide adequate notice.
