Compass Allied health

Who We Are

Compass Allied Health is a mobile and in-clinic service based in the rural NSW town of Tamworth. Currently, the team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Exercise Physiologists. All of whom have a diverse range of skills and special interests.

Compass prides itself on providing high quality, evidence-based practice to manage the varied needs of the community. Caseloads are very diverse, with a mixture of Private, NDIS, Lifetime Care, Workers Comp/CTP and My Aged Care clients.

Considerable thought has been put into establishing systems that streamline the necessary communication and admin compliance that comes with working across these various schemes. Our aim is to have clinician’s time and energy focused on improving their patient’s outcomes and never feeling overwhelmed by paperwork.

We strive for continual improvement, innovation, sustainable practice and clinical excellence. Therefore, we allocate time and resources to professional development, regular team meetings, in-service education, and social events. We are a locally run business that is growing quite rapidly, and are making a meaningful impact by improving the quality of life of our community.
