Our mobile services are available to anyone within Tamworth and it's surrounds, please keep in mind there will be a travel cost associated with this consultation type. In-clinic consultations are also available in our HQ, which is located on Level 2, Suite 9/454 Peel St.
We try to set aside 1 hour and 30 minutes for the initial appointment, with 1 additional hour allocated afterwards to establish a management plan.
A service agreement will be drafted at the end of this appointment that establishes client’s goals and outlines total costs involved for services over the life of the plan.

We provide in-home assessment, treatment and individually tailored home exercise programs for clients with a My Aged Care home package or who are on the STRC, that can help maintain/improve their independence and quality of life.
After the initial appointment, a client summary and quote for on-going services shall be provided to the referring agency (if necessary).

Our Initial appointments go for 1.5 hours, with 1 additional hour afterwards to establish a management plan, the case manager will be provided with the therapists initial report and recommendations.
